My woodcuts, lino-cuts and mono prints represent ten years of printmaking as my primary medium. My choice of subject matter features nature-based images as well as some figurative work emphasizing industrial workers and utilitarian objects. I aim to emphasize beauty overlooked or obscured and often focus on the natural world particularly where it meets with human disruption.

With this new series of prints I put aside lino and woodcuts to focus on drypoint and monoprints. I found that the delicacy of the kita kata paper provided a lovely contrast to the more work-a-day subject matter in this work.

Gallery is open Fridays and Saturdays 11am – 4pm, face coverings encouraged (policy subject to change).
